PS5 Pro Enhanced, DualSense and more

PlayStation's official listing marks the game PS5 Pro Enhanced and confirms DualSense wireless controller support for both vibration function and trigger effects, so sword clashes and Issen parries land with haptic feedback.

The listing also confirms Remote Play support, offline play, single-player only, and optional in-game purchases. There is no PS4 version — this is a PS5-native release published by Capcom U.S.A., Inc.

At retail

The physical disc edition

Amazon's physical PS5 listing runs $69.99 with a release date of September 4, 2026. The retail package adds a reversible cover sheet — flip the sleeve for alternate artwork — plus the same pre-order bonuses as digital: the Sealed Curse sword appearance and the Lion Dog charm.

Physical demand was visible at launch: the disc charted at #8 in PlayStation 5 Games on Amazon US shortly after release, with pre-orders selling through the month before.

Free demo and pre-order bonuses

A free demo is available on PlayStation Store for players still deciding. Pre-order and Early Adopter bonuses are a set containing a charm and a sword appearance usable in-game: the Lion Dog charm, which grants a special effect when equipped, and the Sealed Curse sword appearance, which is cosmetic only.

Capcom notes pre-order bonuses may be made available after launch, so players who missed the window are not permanently locked out.
