What the Deluxe Kit actually adds

The Deluxe Kit dresses Musashi with the Red Armor outfit and adds a set of cosmetic pieces: sword appearances such as Raizan, Enryuu, Bamboo & Panda and the Whittled Oar, plus the Crimson Lotus Oni Gauntlet look. Capcom is explicit that these change appearance only and do not alter performance in battle — the Raizan and Enryuu skins evoke the classic elemental blades by design alone.

The gameplay-relevant part of the kit is the charm set: Oni Lady, Little Dancer and Mentor. Charms grant special effects when equipped and are the game's one true equipment slot, but the Deluxe trio enhances play rather than rebalancing it.
